LEARNING DISABILITIES
The specialist Learning Disabilities Service at Libertas provides the highest quality care and support possible at home and in the community for people with mild, moderate and severe learning disabilities.
SUPPORTED LIVING
Supported living enables people to live in either shared accommodation or in a cluster of flats, with their own tenancy but with the added benefit of an onsite support team providing person centred active support.
OUTREACH
Our dedicated Outreach team supports adults with learning disabilities and ASD to thrive in their own homes and in the local community. We work with each and every person we support to develop bespoke, co-produced support plans,
HOUSING MANAGEMENT
Our Housing Management team work in partnership with social housing providers and private sector landlords to provide and manage accessible, well-maintained homes. We manage over 365 homes across north and east London
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
We have a dedicated maintenance team that report repairs to partner landlords will also liaise with surveyors and contractors to ensure appointment are kept. Libertas also offer a mobile repair service in the form of a handyman.
CRISIS INTERVENTION
The Crisis Intervention programme aims to provide children with exceptional outcomes during their stay in our outdoor environment. It will enable young people to engage in modern society in a mindful and self-aware manner
